Marion Huse (1896-1967)
Prominent New England artist, sculptor, printmaker and teacher Marion Huse (1896-1967). Marion Huse was born in Lynn, MA, studied at the New School of Design in Boston, the Carnegie Institute of Art in Pittsburgh, and in Europe. She was a WPA artist during the 1930s and later founded Springfield Art School.
